Congratulations on taking advantage of one of our amazing deals! We know you're excited to receive your voucher or cashback, so we've put together some helpful information to make sure you get it as quickly and easily as possible.

Timing is Everything

First things first, it's important to note that it can take up to 90-120 days from activation to receive your voucher or cashback. This means that you may have to wait a few months before it arrives. To avoid any confusion, be sure to check exactly when the voucher is due. Keep in mind that some vouchers may be 90 days (3 months) from activation, while others may take longer at 120 days. Also, remember that the activation date will be AFTER the date you signed up - possibly weeks after.

Use Our Special Links

In order to receive your voucher or cashback, you must use the special links on MoneySavingExpert.com to go to the relevant site. For example, if you signed up for a deal with EE or Sky, you must use the special links provided on our website. This is how we are able to negotiate these amazing deals on your behalf.

Ad-Blockers and Cookies

If you have ad-blocker software or you've deleted cookies on your browser, the deal may not have properly tracked. This means that the company providing the voucher has no way of knowing that you came via us, and therefore cannot pay the voucher or cashback. To avoid this issue, make sure to disable any ad-blockers and keep your cookies enabled when using our special links.

Check Your Spam Folder

Sometimes, emailed vouchers can end up in your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received your voucher, be sure to check these folders and do a search for the voucher email. If you find it, make sure to mark it as "not spam" so that future emails from the same sender will go to your inbox.

Still Haven't Received Your Voucher?

If you've followed all of the above steps and still haven't received your voucher, don't worry! Most people do receive their vouchers, but for the few who don't, we're here to help.

Email us at [email protected] with your name, order date, order reference, and the email you signed up with. We will then pass on your complaint to the company responsible for providing the voucher and do our best to get it sorted for you.

Remember, MoneySavingExpert does not pay the voucher directly. We negotiate the deal on your behalf with the provider.
