If you can't see a provider there, it's likely that they don't have any top cards (or at least don't have any top cards in the card category you're looking at).
The other reason you might not see your card provider is that it only allows you to have one card with it. Some providers won't let you take out a second credit card with them, and thus give you 0% eligibility scores. We hide any cards where you have 0% eligibility, though you can opt to see them at the bottom of the page, if you want to.
