I've stopped receiving the weekly email, what do I do?
Updated over 3 months ago

If you're suddenly not receiving our weekly email, don't worry - there are a few potential reasons for this that can easily be fixed.

Check your spam or deleted items folder

The first thing to check is your spam or deleted items folder. Sometimes our emails can get caught in these folders, so make sure to have a look there first. If you find our emails there, you can mark them as "not spam" or move them to your inbox to prevent this from happening again.

Are you using a company email address?

If you're not finding our emails in your spam or deleted items folder, it's possible that your company has a spam filter in place. In this case, we recommend reaching out to your IT department to see if the filter can be adjusted to allow our emails to come through.

Add us to your email whitelist

Another solution is to add us to your email whitelist. This means that our emails will be recognised as safe and won't be blocked by your spam filter. Instructions for adding us to your whitelist may vary depending on your email client, so we recommend a quick internet search for instructions specific to your email provider.

Is your internet service provider blacklisting us?

In some cases, our email service provider may be blacklisted by your internet service provider. If you suspect this may be the case, we recommend checking with your internet service provider to see if this is the reason you're not receiving our emails. If this is the case, it may be worth setting up an email address with a different email service provider, such as Gmail.

Still having trouble?

If you've tried all of the above and are still not receiving our weekly email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for further help. You can email us at [email protected], and we'll do our best to assist you. In the meantime, you can find the latest weekly email on our website here.
