I've stopped receiving the weekly MSE Money Tips email, what do I do?

Updated over 3 months ago

If you're suddenly not receiving our weekly email, don't worry - there are a few potential reasons for this that can easily be fixed:

  • Check your spam folder. If the email's in there, you can usually mark it as "Not spam", and from then on it will go in to your inbox.

  • Is your company's email system blocking it? If you're signed up using a work email address, your company might have tightened its email acceptance criteria. Check with your IT department to see if it can add our emails to its 'allow list'.

  • Add us to your email 'allow list'. That means our emails will be recognised as safe and won't be blocked by your spam filter. How to do this varies depending on your email client, so we recommend a quick internet search for instructions specific to your email provider.

  • Is your internet service provider (ISP) blocking us? In some cases, our email service provider may be blocked by yours. If you suspect this may be the case, we recommend checking with your ISP to see if this is the reason you're not receiving our emails. If this is the case, it may be worth setting up an email address with a different email service provider, such as Gmail.

If you've tried all of the above and are still not receiving our weekly email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

In the meantime, you can find the latest weekly email on our website.
