How do I chase up my BT Broadband cashback/voucher
BT has set up a special email address for MSE users where you can contact the team directly responsible for issuing vouchers and cashback, so if you need to chase this up the best thing to do is contact the team there as here at MSE we're not actually involved in issuing this to you.
You can contact the team via the following email address and you should get an update within 2 working days.
Do make sure that you’ve claimed for your voucher or cashback and waited 45 days before chasing BT.
If you've not yet claimed the voucher, you can do so once your broadband is fully live with broadband via this link.
