Your account still has the status ‘switch in progress’ because we’ve not yet had an update from your supplier.
It usually takes around 12 weeks for suppliers to send this over, so we’d expect your account to update in a few weeks – you don’t need to do anything for this to happen, it should all happen automatically in the background. Sometimes suppliers don’t update us very quickly though – if it’s been a long time since you switched and you’re now being billed by the new supplier, let us know and we’ll update it for you.
