My switch has completed - why does it still show as 'in progress'?

Your account still has the status 'switch in progress' because we've not yet had an update from your supplier.

It can take around three to six months for suppliers to send this over – you don't need to do anything for this to happen, it should all happen automatically in the background. Sometimes suppliers don't update us very quickly though, so if it's been a long time since you switched and you're now being billed by the new supplier, let us know and we'll update it for you. Otherwise, as soon as we hear back we'll email you to keep you updated about the cashback.
