If you're struggling to find your tariff on Cheap Energy Club, have a look at your bill and double-check your tariff name. If you're still having trouble, give your supplier a call and it should be able to tell you what tariff you're on.
Suppliers can have lots of tariffs, so make sure you're scrolling all the way through the dropdown list.
We're reliant on suppliers to share details of its tariffs with us so that we can add them to the site, but we don't always receive these, particularly with tariffs exclusive to other websites.
There are certain tariffs that we're unable to display due to the unique structure of them - these include 'time-of-use' tariffs with different rates throughout the day, or those that change based on wholesale costs such as Octopus Energy's Tracker and Agile tariffs.
If your tariff isn't listed, you can still compare by listing your supplier's standard variable tariff for the time being. If you provide your estimated annual usage, the costs will be calculated against this, but the savings figures won't be completely accurate.
