Not got your MSE 'Blagged' broadband/phone/TV voucher?

First things first, it's important to note that it can take up to 90-120 days from activation to receive your voucher or cashback. So do check when the voucher is due. Also, remember that the activation date will be AFTER the date you signed up - possibly weeks after.

If the voucher's past due, there are a few things you can check:

  • Did you allow cookies when you signed up? If you have ad-blocker software or said no to cookies, the deal may not have properly tracked. This means that the company providing the voucher has no way of knowing that you came via us, and therefore cannot pay the voucher or cashback.

  • Have you checked your spam folder? Have a look in there for the voucher email. If you find it, make sure to mark it as "not spam" so that future emails from the same sender will go to your inbox.

  • Have you contacted the voucher provider? If you received an email confirming your voucher registration when you signed up, this should contain details of the firm that issues the voucher.

If you've checked the above and still don't have it, email us at voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com with your name, order date, order reference, and the email you signed up with.

We will then pass on your complaint to the company responsible for providing the voucher and do our best to get it sorted for you.

Remember, MoneySavingExpert does not pay the voucher directly. We negotiate the deal on your behalf with the provider and it provides the voucher.
