I've an issue with my supplier - how do I raise this?

It's first best to contact your supplier informally, to give it a chance to rectify the problem. If it can't (or won't), you can make a formal complaint.

You can do this directly, or via Resolver (a free and easy complaints site).

If the provider fails to resolve the problem, you can then ask the Energy Ombudsman to step in and review the case impartially.
