If you switched through Cheap Energy Club (not direct) you’ll get £20 if you switch gas and electricity, or £10 if you switch one fuel.
It usually takes between three to six months after your switch completes to hit your bank account. If it's been six months and it's not yet arrived, email us at energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com and the team will look in to it for you.
If you’ve done a dual-fuel switch (both your gas & electricity), we’ll usually pay the full £20 at once, though you may get it in two separate batches of £10, if we hear that one of your fuels has successfully switched before the other.
If you opted not to pay for your energy by Direct Debit, it's harder for us to pay you as we don't have your bank details. Once your supplier has confirmed your switch to us, we'll reach out to you directly to get your bank details using a secure form. Emails will come from energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com.
