My switch has completed - why does it still show as 'in progress'?

Your account still has the status 'switch in progress' because we've not yet had an update from your supplier to enable us to mark your switch as complete, and issue the cashback for your switch.

It can take around three to six months for suppliers to send this over – you don't need to do anything for this to happen, it should all happen automatically in the background.

As soon as we hear back we'll email you to keep you updated about the cashback.
